About Jordan Anna Torres
Jordan Anna Torres (born in Guatemala, 2002) has explored the expansive world of photography by reaching out into various genres including street photography, portraiture, photojournalism and wildlife photography. They have won awards for their photography efforts including being a finalist in the 2020 Drexel University High School Photography Contest. With their focus in the medium, they strive for candidacy, real-life experiences and representation to be conveyed in the photos and show it for itself, which also has the audience relate. Along with photography, they have experience with oil painting with the subjects of their paintings being birds. They have also worked on pieces about relationships, personal identity and vulnerability in photography, oil paints, three-dimensional mediums and digital. 
They currently attend Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York studying photography and are expected to graduate in 2025.
